PENGUIN FOOT POTTERY SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The Penguin Foot scholarship is a community-funded initiative focused on providing financial assistance for students who have been impacted by social and economic hardships. Our goal is to give students seeking assistance with the opportunity to take a class at no cost. We are not a 501c3, just a small business trying to give others a chance to experience clay.
If you are interested in contributing to the scholarship fund, you can do so through a credit card or an existing gift card. We grow this fund with event raffles, gallery sales, t-shirt sales, and more when we get the chance! However, we are a small business and can only award a small number of scholarships per year.
Scholarships include a credit code to take one 4-week class for a session of your choosing. Your code can be applied towards any of our classes or workshops and all materials, glazes, and firings are included.
Participants are eligible to receive funds no more than once per year and we work down the list in the order applications are received. You will likely not get an email back from us, but please know we have received it!
